Overview

At CustomCrafted, your satisfaction is important to us. We create customized, made-to-order products such as apparel, mugs, bottles, and more. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with customer-submitted designs.

However, we will gladly offer replacements or refunds under certain circumstances, as outlined below.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement if your order meets one or more of the following conditions:

  1. Product is defective or damaged

  2. Incorrect item received (wrong design, size, or product)

  3. Significant printing error or material defect

  4. Item lost in transit (confirmed by tracking system or shipping provider)

Note: Minor variations in color, image placement, or slight printing shifts are expected in print-on-demand items and are not considered defects.


Conditions for Refunds & Returns

To be eligible, your request must meet all the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • The return must be approved by our support team


Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect order placed by customer

  • Personalized products with spelling/design errors submitted by customer

  • Size issues due to incorrect selection (sizing charts are provided)

  • Minor color or alignment discrepancies


How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria:

  1. Email us at support@customcrafted.in

  2. Include your Order ID, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable)

  3. Wait for a response from our team within 2 business days

Once we validate your claim:

  • We may issue a replacement at no additional cost

  • Or process a full/partial refund to your original payment method


Return Shipping Costs

In most cases, you will not need to return the defective product. If a return is required:

  • We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable)

  • You will not be responsible for shipping costs if the issue is on our end


Processing Timeframes

  • Replacement requests: Shipped within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Refunds (if approved): Issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method


Order Cancellations

As our products are custom-made:

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing them

  • After production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order
